YMCA proposes to rent/ lease out the Ground floor of the building (Approximately 10000 Sq. Feet area) for commercial use.
The YMCA Visakhapatnam has undertaken the project construction of the Social Complex cum Tourist Hostel building of approximate 60,000 Square Feet Build up area.

YMCA Visakhapatnam is holding a precious property in the city's prime area on the beach road measuring 5179 Sq. Yards (4330 Sq. Mtrs.) of Waltair ward, Beach Road, Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation. In addition to above the YMCA Visakhapatnam has undertaken the construction of Social Complex to provide facilities on par with the international standards. The plan is based on the Government approval received from GVMC vide Ref: B.A.No.12350/06/ACP-II/G2, dated 19/08/2008 for construction of Stilt floor + Ground floor + 4 floors approximately 60,000 Sq. feet build up area.
