Core Committee - Social Complex

The Master Development Programme (MDP) committee consists of 31 members appointed by the Board with the approval of General Body. The Core Committee of 9 members is nominated by the General Body to monitor the total management of construction work along with the Board till completion of the Social Complex-cum-Tourist Hostel Project under the leadership of Mr. Rolland Williams, Convenor. The Core Committee will oversee the activities of the Project.

  9. Mr. D. Krupadan Kumar.

The YMCA Visakhapatnam Board and the MDP Core Committee are committed to this project. The YMCA Visakhapatnam will sponsor the total expenses for the construction of the building complex. Its financial resources are raised mainly from its funds generated from the income of the present Tourist Hostel Property, Financial assistance from National Council of YMCAs, Donations from members, Institutional loans and the Bank loans.

The YMCA Visakhapatnam appointed the best available consultants and contractor for the successful completion of the projects. The Architect appointed is M/s Vipin Gupta, Prof. K. Kameswara Rao is the Structural Engineer, Mr. Leela Prasad is in-charge of Electrical, Fire Safety Service & Air Conditioning consultancy and the main contractors are M/s SVC Projects Private Limited, Visakhapatnam .
